• DEVELOPER FENCING WITH CHARGE BACK:
One of the issues that arises with new subdivisions is the establishment of fences and the ensuing survey and cost negotiations
that result, often at great cost and angst to the landowners. To avoid this, the developer has established the following
requirements of purchasers to provide for fencing at minimum cost from the outset.
• Side and Rear Fencing:
The developer will install, at the purchaser’s cost, 1.8m fencing on the side and rear boundaries.
